Recruitment Procedure
The following is an overview of the typical project procedure:
1. Project Planning
Once we understand the kind of person you are looking for, we are able to propose the ideal method or combination of methods to locate them.
2. Initial Search
This includes contacting candidates through daily internet database searches, by headhunting or calling our contacts in the relevant industry. It also includes the common methods of internet or media advertisement. We will use the most appropriate methods agreed during the project planning.
3. First Screening
We carefully read the CVs and select those candidates which are technically qualified.
4. Pre-Interviewing
The selected candidates are interviewed to gain an impression of their personality, and to aquire more details such as availability salary level, etc.
5. Personal Interviews
The most suitable candidates will be presented to you for personal interviews. These interviews will be conducted until you have a sufficient understanding of the candidates. If that means two rounds, then we gladly arrange a second round.
6. Contracts of Employment
Once you have made your choice, we are able to assist you in negotiations of conditions and contract preparation. We can also advise clients on typical local salary levels and normal working conditions.
7. Guarantee
We offer a six-month guarantee, that should the person not perform satisfactorily, or if should they leave the company for any reason, we will find a new employee with a pro-rata credit.
Generally, 3-6 months is enough to know if a new employee has integrated in the team and is working hard. For some senior positions or industrial sales jobs, one is unable to be certain within six-months, and therefore we can also offer our extended one-year premiere guarantee upon request.
